Soul legend, Lionel Richie has claimed that he would love to work with BRIT winner Duffy.
The R'n'B singer, who releases his new album earlier this year, has claimed that he would love to collaborate with such artists as The Ting Tings, Duffy and Coldplay after seeing them all perform at this year's BRIT Awards.
Speaking of Duffy, who bagged three awards at this year's ceremony, "I love Duffy, whom I’ve just discovered – does she write her own stuff? If she does we’re on fire because she’s great."
He also claimed the reason he loved British music is because our artists are so diverse and don't get stuck in a "rut". The singer, who has sold over 100 million records, recently collaborated with Akon and NeYo, on his new album, Just Go
He also expressed interest in working with Irish rock band U2.
