Former Hole singer Courtney Love is currently being sued by fashion designer, Dawn Simorangkir.
Simorangkir accused the singer of attempting "terrorise and destroy" her, at the Los Angles Superior Court yesterday. She also claimed Courtney had branded her a "horrible lying bitch" and "an asswipe, lying hoebag, theif".
Love, who has been in and out of rehab for drug and alcohol abuse for years, first met Dawn when she contacted her to buy some of her designs. Courtney - who is the widow to former Nirvana frontman, Kurt Cobain - then because smitten with the designer. Dawn claims that the singer refused to be for $4,000 worth of clothing.
She also alleged that Love accused her of being a drug addict and a prostitute. She is suing Love for libel, breach of contract, invasion of privacy and emotional distress.
